• K-4 - Students select and use subject matter, symbols and ideas to communicate meaning.

Create dimensional, hanging décor to honor religious events and occasions. Create from colorful, patterned paper for a festive feeling.

Note: The XL Hanging Cross 3-D has been retired. Consider substituting with any XL Hanging 3-D die.

Supplies Used: Cardstock, Patterned Paper, Ribbon, Scissors, String

The teacher will die-cut the materials for student use prior to the lesson.

1. Die-cut the XL Hanging Cross 3-D or the XL Hanging Heart 3-D using multiple colors of patterned paper, cardstock or construction paper.
   
2. Slide a Cross or Heart without the hanger onto a Cross or Heart with the hanger.
   
3. Cut ribbon or string to desired lengths. Slip the ribbon through the hanger and hang the Cross or Heart (see Main Photo).
