Supplies Used: Adhesive Letters, Black Marker, Cardstock, Glue, Patterned Paper, Scissors
The teacher will die-cut the materials for student use prior to the lesson.
- Use a 12" x 18" sheet of yellow cardstock or construction paper for the sign.
- Computer or hand print the title in the upper left corner using a black marker.
- Die-cut the Pi Math Sign from black paper. Trim to resize if desired.
- Die-cut SM Pumpkin #2 from orange and green paper. Leave the orange Pumpkin whole. Cut on the perforations for the stem on the green Pumpkin. Adhere the green stem to the orange Pumpkin (Figure A).
- Die-cut the LG Clouds from light blue, dark blue and white paper. Offset the blue Clouds on the white Clouds and glue together.

- Die-cut the LG Peace Sign from red and orange paper. Leave the red Sign whole and cut the middle of the Sign from the orange paper. Adhere to the red Peace Sign (Figure C).
- Die-cut the letters E and Z using the Fruit Smoothie 2" Alphabet Capital Letter Set from green paper.
- Adhere the completed die-cuts to the sign. Hand print or use adhesive letters for the various idioms. Adhere the various Pi signs to each die-cut as shown (see Main Photo).
