Create a welcoming environment with fun, thematic posters. Inspire reading as a life-long skill.

Supplies Used:Cardstock or Construction Paper, Colored Pencils, Crayons, Glue or Tape (Double-Sided), Poster Board, Scissors

The teacher will die-cut the materials for student use prior to the lesson.

1. Die-cut the Letters to create the title of the poster.
2. Die-cut the Friendly Moon from several colors of construction paper. Layer and adhere to embellish.
3. Die-cut as many Puffy Stars as needed. Write book titles and authors on each star.
4. Die-cut enough Borders for the poster. Save the smaller Stars from the Borders.
5. Place die-cuts on poster and adhere as desired. Adhere smaller Stars from Borders to center of larger Stars. Highlight with colored pencils or crayons (see Main Photo).
