Supplies Used: Cardstock, Glue, Patterned Paper, Scissors
The teacher will die-cut the materials for student use prior to the lesson.
- Die-cut Box #1 from cardstock, patterned paper or construction paper. Layer and adhere sheets for added strength and durability (Figure A).
- Place contrasting paper over the hearts and cut (Figure B).
- Decorate and layer using glue. To layer, leave one shape whole and cut highlights from the other color. Add stickers for an extra touch.
- Fold along the perforated lines and adhere side tab with glue or double-sided tape (Figure C).
