Experiencing cutting problems?
As a general rule, steel-rule cannot be sharpened. Instead, it’s likely your Cutting Pad needs replacing. When used routinely, Cutting Pads become worn. Turn over Cutting Pad weekly for high usage for even wear on both sides. Replace when both sides are worn. (Flip Premium Cutting Pad more frequently to keep wear even on both sides.) In the case of the RollModel Machine, the Roller will need replacing.

Ellison Dies are designed for use with Ellison machines: Prestige, Prestige SpaceSaver, The Original Ellison LetterMachine and The XL Ellison LetterMachine. Extra Large (XL) and 8" dies can only be used in Prestige and The XL Ellison LetterMachine.

For best results, remember to turn over or replace the Cutting Pad in your machine every four to six months.
