Develop good character by recognizing positive attitude, behavior and achievement in class. Celebrate student successes and encourage students to appreciate one another both inside and outside the classroom environment. Such activities support development of the whole child and adolescent.

Use creative cards to celebrate rising stars.

Supplies Used: Cardstock and Patterned Paper, Glue, Scissors, Ribbon

The teacher will die-cut the materials for student use prior to the lesson.

  1. Fold a piece of patterned cardstock to create the card. Cut additional patterned paper of various colors, layer and adhere to the front of the card.
  2. Hand-cut a label for the sentiment, mat and adhere.
  3. Die-cut Stars and adhere as desired.
  4. Use a piece of ribbon and create a bow. Adhere to the left side (see Main Photo).
