Create a box for a gift or award.



Create a three dimensional hexagon to use as a gift box or to demonstrate three-dimensional solids.

Supplies Used: Cardstock, Glue, Patterned Paper, Scissors

The teacher will die-cut the materials for student use prior to the lesson.

  1. Die-cut Box #5 from construction paper, patterned paper or cardstock (Figure A).
  2. Layer and adhere sheets for added strength and durability.
  3. Fold along the perforation lines and adhere side tab with glue or double-sided tape (Figure B).
