Create a 3-D congratulations card to recognize student achievement.

Create a 3-D Card to congratulate a graduate or anyone for a job well done.

Supplies Used: Cardstock, Double-Sided Tape, Glue

The teacher will die-cut the materials for student use prior to the lesson.

Shapes will pop up when a 3-D card is opened.

  1. Die-cut 3-D Card, Plain and a cover slightly larger than Card from construction paper or cardstock.
  2. Adhere the 3-D Card to the cover with glue or double-sided tape (Figure A).
  3. Die-cut shapes in contrasting colors of construction paper and adhere to the pop-up center of the Card (Figures B and C).
  4. Adhere white rectangle to black paper for message (Figure D).
  5. Any combination of decorative dies may be used to complete this project.

Note: Shapes will pop up when a 3-D card is opened.
