Fall Into Halloween With a Trick And A Treat!

Fall Into Halloween With a Trick And A Treat!

Fall is almost here and Halloween is right around the corner. Today, we want to share two very different lesson plans, taken from our Lesson Planning Calendar. They work together really well to get your students excited about learning math. These made-for-you lesson plans are printable and ready to go when you need inspiration or some fun new ideas.

Learning Tricky Math

Fall Into Halloween With a Trick And A Treat!

Grade Level:1-2, 3-5
Curriculum: Math
First your students work on the trick, then they get rewarded with the treat! Flashcards have always been a fun and visual way to reinforce any subject area. We want to share this Fun October Witch Flashcard lesson plan twist on a classic. Take this "tricky" witch and turn her into a math flashcard to help your students learn and practice math problems or equation.

Enjoy A Sweet Treat!

Curriculum: Fine Arts & Crafts

Once your students have completed their "trick" assignment, it is time to reward them with a fun treat! Using our Candy Corn Treat Box lesson plan as a guide, you can create treat boxes to have on hand for your excited students. Fill the treat boxes with candy, little toys or school supplies your students will love.
