Rainbow fruit skewers

Get your 5-a day by creating colorful fruit skewers which are packed full of vitamins! Children will love getting involved in their creation and it's a fun way to encourage healthy eating. Simply chop your fruit and use a colorful combination when threading on to a wooden skewer.

DIY popsicles

Use your favorite fruits to create popsicles! Simply cut your fruit into small pieces, pour your choice of fruit juice into a popsicle mould, add the fruit and then add a popsicle stick. Leave to chill overnight and your popsicles are ready!

Strawberry jam

With only four ingredients you can create your very own jam! You will need; 400g strawberries, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp maple syrup and 2 tbsp chia seeds. Simply blend 300g of the strawberries and finely chop the rest, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Leave for 1 hour to thicken and stir occasionally. It really is that simple!


Using your favorite vegetables, cheese and grapes you can create super tasty kebabs! Simply chop your vegetables such as carrots and cheese into small cubes and thread on to a wooden skewer. Perfect for a lunchtime snack!

Remember children may require supervision to cut fruit and vegetables.
