With only four ingredients you can create your very own jam! You will need; 400g strawberries, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp maple syrup and 2 tbsp chia seeds. Simply blend 300g of the strawberries and finely chop the rest, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Leave for 1 hour to thicken and stir occasionally. It really is that simple!
