Can I return or exchange my order?

Ellison does not accept returns or exchanges unless the products were ordered through Ellison. Returns or exchanges for products purchased through a reseller must be made at the store where the product was purchased. Qualifying returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Please contact us online to initiate your return. Include your name, invoice number and reason for the return or exchange. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. All products must be in new, unused, resalable condition with original packaging. Please allow 30-90 days for delivery. Additional charges and/or restocking fees may apply. Please note: We cannot honor the return of an item you purchased at full price in exchange for the same item that is currently being offered as an online shopping promotion at a lesser price.
