  4. How do I change my shipping details on a quote I have already submitted? You cannot change your shipping details after a quote has been created. Please cancel your quote and create a new one.
  5. I need to cancel my original quote and start a new one, will the pricing remain the same in the new quote? No, the price quoted is unique to the time the quote was created. If there is a price update on an item after a quote was made, the new quote will include the updated price.
  6. Can I receive a tax exemption without logging in to an account? No, tax exemptions can only apply on existing accounts who have previously applied to receive a tax exemption. You must be logged in, in order to receive your tax exemption. Guest checkout orders are not eligible for tax exemption.
  7. I purchased an item at full price and now would like to exchange it for the same product to get the online special price. Is this possible? No. We cannot honor the return of an item you purchased at full price in exchange for the same item that is currently being offered as an online shopping special at a lesser price.
  8. What is the difference between “add to quote” and “add to cart”? A quote can be saved and used to get costs approved to a later order. When you add to cart you create an order to be processed immediately, once you are done adding items to your cart you can proceed to check out and order all items, payment will be taken immediately, and the order will ship soon after.
  9. I accidentally added items to my cart instead of to a quote, can I change it? Yes you can. Make sure you are logged in and click on the "cart" icon in the top right hand corner. When in the cart you will have a button that days "Convert to Request for Quote". Please note that this option is only available when logged in.
