I have a question or amend to my order. Whom do I contact?

Does accept gift cards as a form of payment?
Yes. As a security measure, you will need to register your name and billing address with the issuing gift card company before checkout. You must have sufficient funds available on the gift card to cover the entire purchase, as we cannot accept more than one form of payment per order. Here’s how to register your gift card:

Can I place a wholesale order online at

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 5 to 7 business days and will be delivered approximately 7 to 12 business days from receipt of order.

My school or business is not in the United States. Do you have a dealer in my country?
We have dealers in many areas around the globe. Please see International Educators for a dealer in your country. If your area is not listed, please contact us online.

Can Ellison ship to an APO/FPO address?
Yes. You can select the appropriate APO or FPO location in the “State” field during checkout or when creating your member profile. Then select “United States” in the “Country” field. Shipping and Handling Rates to APO/FPO.

Can Ellison Ship to a P.O. Box?
No. Ellison ships primarily via FedEx. FedEx cannot deliver to a post office box; a physical address must be provided during online checkout.

How can I find out if and when my order shipped?

Can I get a Tracking Number for my order?
Yes. If you placed your order online, an email will be sent to you with your tracking information. If you did not receive this information, please contact Ellison Customer Service toll free at 800.253.2238 during customer service hours or contact us online and provide us with your name and Ellison order number. Tracking numbers are available one day after your order has been shipped.

Can I substitute any dies in a set?
You cannot substitute any dies in a die set. The die set is already prepackaged and is available at a discounted price.

Do you offer workshops? How much do they cost?
Yes, Ellison has trained consultants that conduct workshops. The cost varies depending on the length and location of the workshop. If you are interested in a workshop for your school or business, please contact Ellison Customer Service at 800.253.2238 or contact us online. Please note, our consultants can only conduct a workshop if you own or have access to an Ellison Machine.

How do I know if my online order was accepted?
First, a printer-friendly Purchase Receipt was displayed in your web browser at the conclusion of the online ordering process. Next, an email confirmation was sent to the email address you provided during the ordering process or when you created your member profile. Please be sure your email address was entered correctly.

I’m afraid to use my credit card for online shopping. Is a secure website? uses a secure server during transmission of credit card and personal information. We have a valid VeriSign Secure Server ID installed, ensuring that all information sent to Ellison during an SSL session is encrypted, protecting against disclosure to third parties.

I purchased an item at full price and now would like to exchange it for the same product to get the online special price. Is this possible?
No. We cannot honor the return of an item you purchased at full price in exchange for the same item that is currently being offered as an online shopping special at a lesser price. To find out about current or upcoming specials, The Ellison Connection email newsletter is sent to our subscribers during the first week of each month. If you are interested in purchasing items that are not currently on special, we recommend checking the website for the updated online specials the first week of each month prior to placing your order.

I cannot read the email confirmation of my order!
To comply with rapidly evolving email standards, sends order confirmations in efficient HTML-formatted email, enabling the items purchased to be viewed in columns with the quantities and costs aligned. Modern email clients can accept and display HTML-formatted email, provided the user has not disabled the function. Please set your email client to accept email in HTML format.

Will any web browser work at
Almost any web browser will allow you to browse the Ellison website. However, in order to shop online and check out successfully at, you must be using an up-to-date web browser that supports JavaScript.

Does use cookies?
Yes. Our online ordering process needs to use cookies to remember the merchandise you have in your shopping cart.
